UMS, Denver, CO

Returning to Denver, Colorado after a week in my hometown of Penfield, New York... the Underground Music Showcase (UMS) was currently underway. This is a huge independent, local music showcase with bands playing at various venues in our neighborhood... on South Broadway... over the course of 4 days.

Lenny and Lexey went to see a number of groups play... I ended up just catching Ian Cooke... LOVE HIM! He's amazing to watch live - especially when he's solo. He played in the gothic church on Ellsworth and Lincoln... hot inside but an amazing stage...

The sky was really awesome this Saturday evening too!
